Introduction
Products are shipped to the address you have specified at the end of the checkout process, so long as the address is complete and complies with any shipping restrictions we may specify on our website.

Shipping costs vary by the weight of your order and your location. Costs will be displayed at the end of your checkout process. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for your products, any handling charges, and applicable taxes.
Shipping Timeline
Every order will be shipped by Ground or International Economy where applicable, though additional shipping options may be added or used in the future. We strive to deliver your goods in the fastest way possible but please note that production restrictions or issues may prevent immediate shipment after your order is processed. Additionally, shipping issues may arise that are beyond our control. We aim to provide you with updates on the processing and shipment of your order.

Returns
Items are eligible for return within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in the same condition they were received in order to qualify for a refund. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery (based on the initial delivery date off of the tracking slip), is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please note that certain items may be subject to a no-cancelation or return policy. Items that fall under our no-cancellation or no-return policy will be either marked as such on our website or you will be notified of the policy before checkout.
Refunds (if applicable)
Items that you return to us will be processed and inspected before a possible refund is issued. We will notify you at the email address you provide of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-10 business days from the date of approval.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please check your bank account if you have not received your refund after the 3-10 business day window specified above. We recommend contacting your bank as refunds may take a while to process depending on your bank. Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for items different than what was initially purchased. You are responsible for choosing the correct item before you complete the checkout process. To request an exchange, please email slamjamssauce@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable. The delivery window of your exchanged products may vary depending where you live, product availability and shipping factors outside of our control. If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and receipt of your shipment is not a confirmation that we will receive your returned item.

All customers outside of the United States are responsible for the customs fees/duties that may be charged by their country for import. This amount may vary by country.
